DIAMANT dichtol Variations
By using dichtol you can easily impregnate porous and leaky metal. Thereby a high-resistance polymer in combination with volatile components is applied on the porous surface which penetrates deeply into the casting. After curing the polymer is highly resistant to thermal, physical and chemical strain – even with alternating temperatures.
Due to the reason that no general solution for technical challenging application exist – we have made it to our business to develop a highly specialized assortment to impregnate (seal) leaking parts. With our product solutions you impregnate porosities capillary-active from 0 up to 0,5 mm with a maximal temperature resistance up to 500°C.

Diamant dichtol Accessories
By using a thinner the original viscosity of dichtol can be restored. Especially after longer use the resin in dichtol soldifies. This can be equalized by adding thinner, leading to the best possible result.
