The 3D-Robotyping process produces real, 3-dimensional parts from a fine sand-polymer-system under pressure. Thus, exact parts are produced in small series with a “little disadvantage”: they are not surface hard and tend to be rubbed of easily.
Yet, as soon as such parts have been dipped in DIAMANT dichtol, they will be true to dimension and colour for long times. The video demonstrates the easy, fast and inexpensive effective process.
