Fine Adjustment Coatings for Machines
DIAMANT DWH is a system of fine adjustment coatings for static matching surfaces in machine elements and machine tools doing away with costly machining by means of the moulding technology which allows a micron-exact moulding in place with an absolutely exact copy of the counter surface. The product can either adhere to the mating surface or be separated by using the DIAMANT Separator.
DIAMANT DWH with steel-like properties increase the stiffness of the elements by the fact that they do not transfer but break metal vibrations.
