Best bonding, especially for metals,
… is offered by products of the DIAMANT quick-repair serie.
Quick as they will cure rapidly.
They are ideal because of the high metal filler portions especially for the quick and professional in place applications. Whether bonding, filling or sealing, the properties of the DIAMANT quick-repair series with their extreme adhesion force and resistance to acids, lyes, grease, gasolines, oils make them perfect application products when the problem is little time.
DIAMANT quick-repair products have been used worldwide for over 20 years under harsh industrial conditions..
Benefits of DIAMANT quick-repair products
- chemically resistant
- quick and cold curing (cold welding)
- nearly everywhere applicable
- wear resistant
- electrically insulating
- in handy dosing injectors for spot application or
- in twin packs for larger use.
Yet not only applicable for metals …
are the grades DIAMANT quick-repair Alu and Rapid which additionally have extreme strengths in adhesion. They are the ideal partners for bonding, filling also of wood, potteries, and diverse plastics.
DIAMANT quick-repair ceram rapid
DIAMANT quick-repair ceram rapid is a fast cold cure 2-component polymer-ceramic-fusionmateria and can be applied on all surfaces. DIAMANT quick-repair ceram rapid is highly wear resistant by using higgrade ceramic fillers and additives, elektrically non conductive and resistant to many chemicals.
Applications
Main fields of application are spot repairs resp. coatings ofweorn areas, like e.g.:
- pump housings,
- pump wheels,
- valves,
- pipelines, …
Such repairs are fast and the parts can be put into operatino after les than ~ 1 hour. DIAMANT quick-repair ceram rapid adheres also on oily and smeared surfaces (special applications!).
