Based on decades of expertise in the formulation of polymer systems, DIAMANT offers a wide range of solutions for user-specific functional potting compounds for 3D printing. Depending on requirements, for example as an ultra-light, highly stable potting compound with a specific weight of < 0.4 g/cm³. Or as an extremely heavy potting compound with a density of up to 4 g/cm³. The potting compounds can take on additional functions and, for example, be electrically conductive or insulating, magnetic or non-magnetic, hydrophobic (water-smoothing) or hydrophilic (water-attracting).
Customised solutions in the field of functional casting and injection compounds are the result of research and development at DIAMANT. Here, products and system solutions are created as the mature results of collaboration in a global network of scientists, colleges, universities and research institutes.
