DIAMANT provides the construction industry with a specially developed grouting mortar to quickly level out unevenness, especially in steel-concrete connections. The extremely flowable and fast-curing epoxy resin system “EP-Flow” seals gaps, gaps and cavities with a one hundred percent positive and non-positive fit.
The grouting mortar, which can be applied from a layer thickness of 10 millimetres, is used as an intermediate layer between steel and concrete elements as well as between concrete elements.
Thanks to its optimum viscosity, the material can be filled very well into both large and very small cavities and is self-levelling after application. Its high stability ensures absolute dimensional stability even under changing ambient conditions – such as fluctuating temperature and humidity. The grouting mortar also offers high compressive strength and resistance to weathering and corrosion.
Compared to mineral grouting systems, the plastic-based material hardens very quickly and exhibits high strength after just 60 minutes.
With these properties, EP-Flow opens up numerous areas of application, including in concrete and hydraulic steel construction. Typical areas of application include grouting work on steel and concrete supports, rail systems, lock gates, reinforcements, bearing undercasts and steel and wind energy towers.
