Metal impregnation of castings

Thanks to its capillary activity, Dichtol penetrates all pores, anchors itself in the casting and seals it reliably even at changing temperatures.

Dichtol is extremely resistant to physical, chemical and thermal stress as well as corrosion and weathering. The colourless and paintable polymer can be painted, sprayed, injected or applied by dipping and has a very short drying time. It reliably seals pores from zero to 0.5 millimetres in diameter with high pressure tightness and without a vacuum. It can also be used on hot surfaces up to 120 °C and can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. The drinking water approval also extends its field of application.
