In the automotive industry, metal components are usually impregnated under vacuum to ensure complete sealing – a time-consuming and costly process, especially for large components. With our capillary-active sealers, however, impregnation is also possible without a vacuum. Thanks to flexibly selectable application methods, both complete and partial sealing can be implemented easily and efficiently.

Depending on the pore size, different sealants are selected to ensure that the sealant is completely absorbed into the pores and seals them securely.

dichtol WFT #1532

  • Capillary-active sealer
  • Surface cured after just 6 minutes at 20°C
  • Suitable for very small pores up to 0.1 mm

dichtol WFT Makro #1546

  • Capillary-active sealer
  • Curing time of approx. 1h per mm wall thickness
  • for pores between 0.1 and 0.5 mm
