Precise bearing bushes thanks to the use of moglice, an epoxy resin-based sliding coating that is applied to the inside of the bush. These sliding linings offer high strength and excellent chemical resistance, so that coolants and lubricants are easily withstood.
Sliding surfaces on guideways require maximum precision. Instead of using complex mechanical processing methods, they can be created simply and efficiently with the polymer composite material moglice.
SKC sliding linings are used in the manufacture of guides and sliding surfaces. Originally developed for machine tools, they are now used in many industries—from heavy machinery and printing machines to the optical industry. Thanks to their technological advantages, the molding technique also enables cost-effective production of a wide variety of surface shapes.

SKC separation joint coatings are used for the precise adjustment and fitting of machine parts with the highest accuracy requirements and also serve as heavy-duty adhesives. The molding technique compensates for manufacturing inaccuracies in the mm range and ensures molding accuracy in the µm range, even with varying layer thicknesses.
