In intensive workshops, our management team developed the Charter of Cooperation – a symbol of our shared values and goals. But that’s not all! Together with all employees, we breathed life into this charter to ensure that it is not just words on paper, but guides our daily actions.

The charter was officially introduced at our annual meeting and celebrated as a guide for the best possible cooperation. It now adorns our walls as a poster, visible to all, as a constant reminder of our commitment to respectful and open communication.

For us, mistakes are not obstacles, but opportunities to grow and learn. Our aim is to work in a goal- and result-oriented manner, always respectful and constructive. Every team member knows their tasks and responsibilities, because clear communication is the key.
