Why is a healthy diet so important? It not only influences our physical health, but also our well-being and our performance in everyday life. With the right diet, we can prevent illness, strengthen our immune system and boost our energy levels. And the best thing is: healthy eating can also be really tasty!
Our Health Day offered a wealth of activities and information:
Interactive workshops, healthy snacks and tastings: Smoothie Bowls and Power Wraps, we discovered how to make quick, healthy and delicious snacks. And the best thing about the interactive workshop: we were able to make and taste them ourselves to see how easy it is to eat healthily.
A big thank you goes to our nutritionist Lukas Prumbach and Judith Grünewald from müslify. Lukas had valuable tips for us on healthy eating and was able to show us how we can easily integrate these into our everyday lives. Judith will also be using the müslify station in the coming weeks to ensure that our employees can put together a healthy snack in just a few seconds.
Body check: Lena Bongartz and Jan Muschter from Barmer offered us a body check on site to support us with our individual health goals and to show us where we stand physically and what we could possibly work on.
The health day was not only informative and interactive, but also a lot of fun. We thought it was great to take a step towards a healthier lifestyle together with our employees. Your health is important to us!
