Lots of surprises and a DIAMANT song: DIAMANT Annual Meeting 2026

Our 2026 Annual Meeting was once again held at Borussiapark, home to VfL 1900 Mönchengladbach GmbH.
On the agenda: plenty of excitement, inspiration and the odd surprise or two.

Under the motto “The family is growing”, we came together as a team. Together, we looked back on the past year, shared our experiences and set new goals for 2026.
One thing became clear: DIAMANT is a family that sticks together and grows together.

The first little surprise: our long-standing business partners from India were there in person once again. The international exchange, the different perspectives and the sense of community have once again demonstrated just how valuable our global network is to our success. Another highlight was the live video link-up with our colleagues in Washington and Cincinnati, who were unable to attend in person due to scheduling conflicts.

All departments were delighted to present their highlights, achievements and milestones from the past year. The event was livened up by regular short interactive group sessions, during which we engaged in in-depth discussions about the opportunities, ideas and goals for the company and then presented our findings.

Another surprise: things got musical!
Written and composed by one of our colleagues, there is now a song that perfectly reflects our unity, our energy and our camaraderie.

As always, a heartfelt thank you to the entire organising team and everyone involved who made this day so special.
