dichtol ESD is the first ready-to-use, single-component impregnation system that seals 3D-printed components and protects them against electrostatic charge. In just one application step, it ensures reliable sealing whilst simultaneously providing the necessary ESD functionality.

dichtol ESD combines:

• the permanent sealing of micropores and hairline cracks
• measurable electrostatic dissipative properties
• a simple, ready-to-use application – no mixing required

It is used wherever 3D printing meets electronics or ESD protection requirements. For example, in electronic enclosures and covers, on tools, or on component carriers for use in electronics assembly.

dichtol ESD is available in two different variants:

• dichtol ESD – transparent finish
• dichtol ESD Blue – blue finish
