One year as part of the DIAMANT family: a review full of learning and growth!

A year ago, I started my journey as a dual student in Human Resources Management at DIAMANT Polymer GmbH. Looking back, I can say it was an exciting and instructive time! I was warmly welcomed into the team from day one and have felt part of the DIAMANT family ever since.

The dual study programme is proving to be a balanced mix: at the university, the IU International University in Düsseldorf, I am learning the theoretical basics, while at my practice partner, DIAMANT Polymer GmbH, I am gaining valuable practical insights. In my position, I have the opportunity to take part in various projects, such as supporting the recruitment of new employees and helping to optimise HR processes.

In addition to professional development, there is also plenty of fun: team events such as the annual meeting and our summer party strengthen team spirit and provide unforgettable moments.

I am grateful for the support and trust that the entire team has shown me. This has made my entry into professional life much easier and has enriched me both personally and professionally.

I look back on this first year with pride and look forward to the opportunities and challenges that my future in personnel management at DIAMANT holds.
