Our YoungTalents have started!

Last week was an exciting day at DIAMANT! Our ‘YoungTalent’ programme has officially launched and we couldn’t be prouder to welcome such an inspiring group of motivated young talents. 🚀

The programme offers our Young Talents not only the chance to independently develop a forward-looking project for Diamant, but also a variety of exciting learning content and valuable opportunities to expand their skills and develop personally.

The programme includes seminars such as ‘Strengthening strengths’ and training sessions in presentation and public speaking techniques. In addition, there is individual development planning and regular face-to-face meetings on selected topics – all building blocks that optimally prepare our talent team for their future challenges.

A big thank you goes to our coach, Stefanie Heberling, who launched this project together with us, as well as to our team leaders, managers and sponsors for putting together this great team from all departments – and for their willingness to accompany and support our young talents on this programme. 🙏

And of course a huge thank you to our young talents, who have started the project with full motivation. We look forward to an inspiring time with you!
