DIAMANT ultrametal Smart: repair, coat and repair cast parts more efficiently than ever with perfect metal character

DIAMANT ultrametal Smart can be used to efficiently and reliably carry out surface repairs and touch-up work on cast parts made of different alloys.
Whether iron or steel, aluminum or brass, bronze or copper: the surfaces treated with ultrametal Smart have an impressive metal-like finish after curing. The repaired areas can also be machined or manually processed and painted over, just like the metal of the casting.

Thanks to the easy-to-use 2-component cartridge, the resin and hardener of the high-performance polymer system are only mixed in a 1:1 ratio when applied to the workpiece. This eliminates mixing errors and reduces waste to a minimum. The areas treated with DIAMANT ultrametal Smart are easily loadable after just
18 hours and cured after 24 hours.

The solvent-free epoxy resin system developed for industrial use is highly resistant to physical, thermal and chemical influences and does not corrode. DIAMANT ultrametal Smart can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 160 °C without any problems.
