moglice is a two-component polymer-based bonded coating. It is ideal for coating any geometry. Using molding technology, a precisely machined master mold and moglice can be used to create an accurate negative. The resulting complete support of the contact surfaces also results in excellent load transfer. The emergency running properties protect against damage to larger assemblies.

How does moglice work? The components are mixed and injected, filled or poured depending on the application. After a curing time of 24 hours, the sliding surface is ready. Reworking is possible.
The additives used for moglice ensure an anti-stick-slip effect. Due to the material’s high resistance to lubricants, coolants and other chemicals, it can be used in many areas. The low shrinkage ensures the high precision often required in mechanical engineering.
