Working with an open flame is hardly feasible, especially for add-on parts, bonded joints and sensitive material mixes. This is where CBR 2109 comes into play as an innovative 2K alternative.
Processing is effortless with the 2K single-piston cartridge, which guarantees precise dosing and an optimum mixing ratio. The epoxy resin it contains can be applied directly to metal surfaces for further processing. Ideal as an alluvial tin substitute and paint carrier in the automotive industry.

CBR 2109 is supplied in a closed 2-component single-piston cartridge and enables simple and precise application. The attachable static mixing spiral ensures even mixing of the components. To prepare, the screw connection on the cartridge head is loosened and removed, then the sealing plug is pulled off and the static mixing spiral is screwed on. The cartridge is then inserted into the cartridge gun and the material is squeezed out until a uniform grey color is achieved. The material can be perfectly modeled and shaped with a plastic spatula. Processing should be completed within 15 minutes .
