Separation hurts – even in working life. DIAMANT release agents form a release layer based on special wax to prevent unfortunate connections from occurring in the first place. It precisely prevents the adhesion of DIAMANT coatings to workpiece surfaces in areas where this is not desired. Or where only temporary connections are required or where there is a defined “play” between layers/surfaces. For example, in mould making or in screw threads.

DIAMANT offers a wide range of specialised release agents. These include those for screw connections or water-based variants, which can also be used where those with solvents would jeopardise existing corrosion protection.
