dichtol HTWG S

dichtol HTWG S is a ready-to-use, solvent-based 1-component system for the impregnation of metals and TS coatings. The simple and versatile application (dipping, brushing, injecting, spraying) enables reliable impregnation even on complex components.

Application

The object temperature should not exceed 40°C, otherwise 100% penetration of the sealer cannot be guaranteed.

Brushing and spraying:
Apply dichtol in 4 working steps at intervals of approx. 1 minute and keep damp on the surface for 5 minutes. This allows dichtol to penetrate deep into the pores

Injecting
Inject dichtol into the blind hole (or similar) and leave to work for 5 minutes. If necessary, siphon off / pour out excess material after the reaction time

Immersion
Completely immerse the component to be treated in dichtol. After an exposure time of approx. 10 minutes, the material can be removed from the container.
