Storage / Shelf life

Keep cool and frost-free between (+5°C to +20°C) without direct sunlight for 24 months. Protect from direct sunlight. Higher temperatures reduce the shelf life.

Preparation

The surface of the packer and the bonding point on the building object must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Diamond cleaner #1417 is suitable for this purpose. Attach the mixing spiral to the cartridge unit and insert the cartridge unit into the cartridge gun. To ensure an even mixture of the two components, the first two centimeters of the squeezed out adhesive should be discarded.

Application description

Apply the DIAMANT Rapid adhesive in a circumferential line to the packer surface to be bonded and press the packer firmly onto the joint. If necessary, the packer can be readjusted. To prevent the packer from slipping on vertical surfaces, fix it in place with adhesive tape if necessary. Due to the short pot life, the material hardens quickly. To avoid hardening in the mixing spiral, the material should be processed quickly. After injecting MM1018, the packer can be removed again without any problems. A 50 ml double cartridge can be used to attach 8-10 packers.
