SKC 63 R

SKC 63 R is a two-component, trowel-applicable repair compound based on epoxy resin, specifically developed for the repair of sliding surfaces and machine guides. Compared to the standard SKC 63, SKC 63 R cures significantly faster and is ideally suited for time-sensitive repair applications.

The material is used wherever sliding surfaces have been damaged by mechanical stress—for example, due to:

Chips and pitting
Localized wear damage
Thanks to its spreadable consistency, SKC 63 R can be applied precisely to damaged areas and shaped accurately, enabling a cost-effective and rapid restoration of functional surfaces.

Technically, SKC 63 R offers the typical advantages of SKC sliding coatings:

Very good sliding behavior (coefficient of friction < 0.08)
High pressure and wear resistance
Excellent adhesion to metallic surfaces and existing SKC layers
